Booking
You can book via our website, phone, or approved platforms. Your booking is confirmed after receiving a confirmation email or payment.
Payment
Master Card or Visa credit card details are required to confirm all reservations. Sorry no Amex or Diners.
Credit card payment will be processed up to 48 hours prior to arrival in line with cancellation policy. The card will be debited if the guest fails to arrive for the booked accommodation.
Cancellation
Cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date incur no fee unless booked online in which case refer to the online cancellation policy. Booking.com payments are taken 48 hours prior to arrival.
Changes in Reservation Term
Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms.
Earlier departure than the reserved dates will need management approval and will only result in refund if suite is able to be relet.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00PM to 8:00PM | Check-out: by 10:00AM
Please inform us if you are arriving after 8:00PM.
Early check-in or late check-out may incur extra charges.
Guest Responsibilities
As the registered guest you are responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on our property.
Any damage/loss caused to the property or furnishings during your stay could result in costs to repair (and any insurance excess) being charged directly to your credit card, either fully or partly.
All outside activities must be completed by 10PM with no exceptions. Guests wishing to socialize in their rooms after 10PM must be considerate of other guests especially in adjacent rooms.
Occupants
The number of guests (including all children or babies) occupying the suite, under no circumstances, to exceed the number of people shown on the booking confirmation.
Alternative accommodation will need to be arranged for those guests in excess of those booked.
Maximum guest numbers vary according to suite type.
Smoke-Free
It is illegal to smoke inside buildings in New Zealand. Please smoke outside away from open windows/doors. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we reserve the right to charge such cleaning costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
